Masala Gur is a traditional unrefined sugar with added peanuts, saunf ( fennel seeds), coconut and dried ginger.This type of sugar is a concentrated product of cane juice without separation of the molasses and crystals, and can vary from golden brown to dark brown in color. Masla Gur is highly nutritious tasty and healthy . It has high level of iron, calcium and minerals.Unprocessed, chemical free, farmmade and pure.
